Must be requested 30 days in advance of the CPG/EEFERP meeting date

* According to Circ.CoPGr 11/2018, the availability of extra credits can only be made after obtaining the minimum credits for the Master's Degree (24 credits), and it is not possible to use credits in courses taken before the completion of the minimum credits. The request must be made before the deposit of the thesis and must be assessed by CPG.

Mandatory documents, in addition to the form, to request registration as a co-advisor - must be requested by the graduate student's advisor:
- Request letter highlighting the contribution of the co-advisor in the development of the research project, with the student's consent (demonstrate the complementarity of the expertise);
- Document proving acceptance of the co-supervision by the co-advisor;
- Copy of the student's research project;
- Updated Curriculum of the co-advisor.

REGISTRATION
Requerimento de Trancamento de matrícula - deve ser feito diretamente no sistema Janus (o pedido não pode exceder 365 dias)
Devem ser anexados ao pedido de trancamento realizado no Janus os seguintes documentos:
Requerimento do aluno, contendo os motivos da solicitação documentalmente comprovados (comprovantes devem ser anexados com o requerimento), prazo pretendido e data de início do trancamento.
Informamos que só poderá haver cancelamento de matricula em disciplinas até a data limite prevista no Janus.
A matricula em disciplina também deve ser feita antes de seu início. Após essa data, não é mais possível realizar alterações.

FINANCIAL RESOURCE REQUEST TO CPG/EEFERP
Conforme PORTARIA Nº 206, DE 4 DE SETEMBRO DE 2018: os trabalhos produzidos ou publicados, em qualquer mídia, que decorram de atividades financiadas, integral ou parcialmente, pela CAPES, deverão, obrigatoriamente, fazer referência ao apoio recebido.
Art. 2º Para fins de identificação da fonte de financiamento fica autorizada a utilização do código 001 para todos os financiamentos recebidos.
